Terms and Conditions for Gorkha Ride Parcel

Welcome to Gorkha Ride Parcel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gorkha Ride Parcel website, mobile application, and delivery services (collectively, the "Services"). By booking a delivery, creating an account, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Gorkha Ride Parcel Pvt. Ltd.
"Customer," "Sender," or "You" refers to the individual or business entity using our Services.
"Recipient" or "Consignee" refers to the person or entity to whom the parcel is being delivered.
"Parcel," "Shipment," or "Goods" refers to any item or package accepted by us for delivery.
"Rider" or "Driver" refers to the authorized personnel facilitating the pick-up and delivery.
2. Use of Services
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding the pick-up location, delivery destination, recipient details, and parcel contents.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.
3. Prohibited Items
Gorkha Ride Parcel strictly prohibits the shipment of the following items. If found, shipments will be canceled, and authorities may be notified:
Illegal drugs, narcotics, and contraband.
Firearms, explosives, ammunition, and weapons.
Hazardous, toxic, flammable, or radioactive materials.
Perishable items lacking appropriate packaging (unless explicitly using a specific perishable delivery service).
Live animals or human remains.
Cash, bullion, highly valuable jewelry, and bearer bonds (unless covered by a specific high-value insurance agreement).
Any item prohibited by the laws of the Government of Nepal.
4. Packaging and Labeling
Sender's Responsibility: The Sender is solely responsible for ensuring that the Parcel is adequately and securely packaged to withstand standard transit handling.
Labeling: All parcels must be clearly labeled with the Recipient's full name, exact address, and a working contact number.
Right to Inspect: Gorkha Ride Parcel reserves the right (but not the obligation) to open and inspect any Parcel for security and compliance purposes.
5. Pick-up and Delivery
Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).
Unsuccessful Delivery: If the Recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, our Rider will attempt to contact the Recipient and Sender. If delivery fails after [Insert Number] attempts, the Parcel will be returned to the Sender, and return charges may apply.
Proof of Delivery: A digital signature, OTP verification, or photographic evidence at the destination will serve as conclusive proof of delivery.
6. Pricing and Payment

7. Liability and Insurance
